Lazar Winery, en skjult perle kun 80 km fra hovedstaden Skopje og betragtes som et af de bedste vingårde i det nordlige Makedonien. Lazar familien har været drueproducent i 4 generationer og producerer i dag cirka 50.000 flasker kvalitetsvin om året.

Complex red wine matured in new French oak barrels for 24 months, then matured for another 12 months in the bottle itself. This Pinot Noir comes from a clean ecological environment of 500 m above sea level. Intense ruby red color, and the aroma of ripe currants with a complex taste of strawberries and raspberries continue to a long chocolate in the aftertaste.

Served at a temperature of 16-18 °C.

We recommend it with grilled meat specialties, “blue” fish, ripe cheeses.
