Lazar Winery, en skjult perle kun 80 km fra hovedstaden Skopje og betragtes som et af de bedste vingårde i det nordlige Makedonien. Vingården fra Negotino blev grundlagt i 2001 som en lille familievirksomhed af Lazar Ristov. Familien har været en drueproducent i 4 generationer og producerer i dag cirka 50.000 flasker vin om året.

Dry red wine made as a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties 50%, Merlot 30% and Syrah 20%. Intense red ruby color with beautiful clarity. The aroma will attract you over by the pleasant aromas of ripe black and red berry fruits, sweet spices, discreet minerality and seductive floral scents. Flavors of black berries, coffee and chocolate, subtle acids, ripe tannins and full body make the taste of this wine last for a long time and seems endless.

Served at a temperature of 16-18 °С. We recommend combining it with red meat specialties, charcoal grill and ripe whole cheese.
