Lazar Winery, en skjult perle kun 80 km fra hovedstaden Skopje og betragtes som et af de bedste vingårde i det nordlige Makedonien. Lazar familien har været drueproducent i 4 generationer og producerer i dag cirka 50.000 flasker kvalitetsvin om året.

Dry white wine with pale lemon yellow and green reflections. Exceptional complexity with characteristic pyrazine aromas of green pepper, tomato leaf and fruit aromas of lemon peel, grapefruit and white peach, which finally evolve into aromas of sweet exotic fruits. Pleasant taste with gentle acidity, creamy structure and medium intense body and flavors of citrus, exotic and stone fruit that lead to an extremely long finish.

Served at a temperature of 10-12 °С. We recommend it with salads of leafy vegetables, specialties based on asparagus and peas, goat cheese or chicken with goat cheese sauce and seafood.
